We were lucky that Mark was selling the property we wanted to buy. I’ve worked with a lot of estate agents and never have I seen someone so naturally build affinity with us as buyers and indeed with such an in depth knowledge of the area. We never intend to sell but if we do we’d use Mark in a heart beat.
